Using our extensive experience we have combined process applications producing multi functional systems resulting in less equipment and of course less expense.

We will fully research the plant, layout, process, operatives, operations, services etc incorporating your requirements and ideas to provide an accurate design. To test each design concept we build full sized ergonomic models of the containment devices and ancillary equipment on your site. This allows operatives to test the functionality and provide valuable input to the design. A fully documented design study and ergonomic report is provided along with General Arrangement & Process and Instrumentation drawings.

In addition we can provide budget costs based on the design study to facilitate the competitive bidding process.


Detailed-Engineering
Taking the design concept further we offer a detailed engineering service. This includes Functional Design Specifications, Control & Instrumentation Specification, Fabrication Drawings, Equipment specifications, preferred suppliers list, FAT /SAT documentation, Operational & Maintenance manuals, Commissioning support, Testing validation, OEL testing and Operator training.
