Fabrication
The metal fabrication department is mainly housed in a 1400m² crane swept workshop having approximately 6metres beneath the crane hook, which in turn has a lifting capacity of 15 Ton.
Most production output is in mild steel up to 20mm in thickness using manufacturing equipment, which includes the following;

Computerised plasma cutting machine

Powered rollers
•
Guillotine
•
Press brake
•
Various welding machines
As well as their own product range Heaton Green manufacture for several organisations, whose products include, Hoppers, Bins, Silos, Structures, Access Ladders, Platforms etc.
