LEV Testing & Servicing

In order that the users of dust control equipment meet the requirements of the COSHH regulations, Heaton Green offer an LEV (Local Exhaust Ventilation) System report service, which should be carried out at maximum intervals of 14 months.

Gone are the days when an extraction system is installed and forgotten. Health and Safety requirements make it a legal obligation for users to maintain the performance of this type of equipment.

Our LEV report visits include a full inspection of working parts, their condition and functionality and any recommendations as to remedial and repair work.

These testing/servicing contracts have proved extremely beneficial to those companies partaking, resulting in better filter plant life and performance. We will undertake these contracts on most installations, regardless of manufacture.
